Design and deliver high-quality, standards-aligned physical education instruction
Promote physical fitness, health, and wellness through engaging and structured activities
Foster a culture of teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal accountability
Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all scholars
Monitor and assess scholar progress in physical development and skill acquisition
Integrate social-emotional learning and character development into daily instruction
Collaborate with staff to support whole-child outcomes
Maintain strong classroom management aligned with ARLCS expectations

Bachelor’s degree required (Physical Education, Kinesiology, or related field preferred)
Valid Arkansas teaching license (or eligibility to obtain through an approved pathway)
Ability to pass all required background checks
